Are you passionate about cooking and ready to bring your skills to a warm, family-run café? Leaf and Vine is looking for an experienced cook or chef to join our busy kitchen team. We’re known for hearty traditional English breakfasts, freshly made paninis and sandwiches, and indulgent home-baked treats including cheesecakes, tray bakes, and 3-tier cakes.
About Us:
Leaf and Vine, based within Inspirations Wholesale, is a family-owned café with a welcoming, community feel. We’re proud to use locally sourced produce and serve comforting food with quality and care.
The Role:
Working alongside a supportive team member each shift, you’ll prepare and serve delicious food in line with our established menu. While kitchen experience is preferred, we value passion for cooking just as much and are happy to train someone with the right attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking a range of breakfasts, lunches, and bakes
- Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Assisting with menu ideas and dish improvements
- Working closely with the front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly
