Aspen Flora floristry company offering opportunity for a florists to work during event at Orton Square, Rutland Street, Leicester (Opposite The Curve Theatre).
Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience working in floristry industry e.g florist shop, event floristry or minimum 3 years experience in retail, hospitality or events trade and service. During event time it will not be required for the person to make new flower arrangements.
Dates and event working hours:
Tuesday, 8 September 2026 - Start 07:00 Finish around 19:00
Wednesday, 9 September - Start 07:00 Finish around 19:00
Thursday, 10 September - Start 07:00 Finish around 19:00
Friday, 11 September - Start 07:00 Finish around 17:00
Monday, 14 September - Start 07:00 Finish around 17:00
Tuesday, 15 September - Start 07:00 Finish around 17:00
Rate £15/h
Duties
Work location: Event tent/outdoors
Morning: Set up florist tent and display. Display ready made flower arrangements for sale, inspect flower quality. Make additional arrangements if required
Daytime: Sale of ready made flower arrangements, customer service, customization of flower arrangements if required, replenishing the stock from the stock room
End of the day: Pack display and take tent down, place all items in the storage room
