Overview
Are you looking for work cleaning private homes with prearranged hours to suit you? We are looking for people to join our team. This is a permanent salaried position not self employed so you must be able to commit to working the same hours each week.
If you have experience in house cleaning or care work that is advantageous, but not essential, as you will spend the first four 4 weeks working alongside and being trained by one of the experienced team members. We understand that we are cleaning our clients' homes and each person may have different requirements so full training will be given in each house including how to use that client's cleaning equipment and products.
Importantly you must be reliable, punctual, and happy to work independently or as part of a pair. You will need your own transport (car or motorcycle) as you may visit more than one client in your working day. We provide you with protective footwear/gloves use the client's equipment and products.

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of clients’ homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms
- Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and clean internal windows and surfaces
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently
- Ironing where requested
- Immediately report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain organised work schedules and complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to understand client requirements and report issues clearly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or to adapt with another person on an adhoc basis
- Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties efficiently throughout the day
- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues
- Previous experience in domestic cleaning or related roles is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for all new staff
Pay: £12.75 per hour
