Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to maintain various systems within our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The General Maintenance position is essential in ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in optimal working condition, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance within the home and grounds.
- Conduct repairs on equipment within the home.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Have eye for details when painting and decorating.
- Prioritize workload to maintain safe practices of work load.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as Painting, Decorating, basic Plumbing and Building repairs.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Logical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

This is a Temporary Position of 6 Months on 18 hours a week.
