Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer – 6 Month FTC
Location: Euston, Central London
Salary: Up to £48,000
Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, Days Only – 7am–7pm
We are currently recruiting for Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join a well-established facilities management team based at a prestigious commercial site in Euston, Central London.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract offering a salary of up to £48,000, working a 4 on 4 off day shift pattern (7am–7pm).
The Role
Working as part of an established engineering team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the building, including:
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding
- AHUs and FCUs
- BMS monitoring
- Emergency lighting
- Basic plumbing and mechanical maintenance
- General building services maintenance
- Responding to breakdowns and reactive issues
- Completing PPMs and associated paperwork
- Working within a professional, client-facing environment
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a commercial building services / facilities maintenance environment
- A recognised electrical or mechanical qualification
- Strong all-round building services knowledge
- Experience carrying out both PPM and reactive maintenance
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
- Ability to work as part of an established engineering team
