ABOUT US
Barbourne Brook is a specialist customs consultancy and technology business based in Worcester. We help UK importers, brokers, and international trade businesses manage duty, compliance, and customs data. Our customers include Screwfix, Kingfisher, Holland and Barrett, B&Q, Komatsu, GKN, Leonardo, Costco, and Charles Tyrwhitt.
Our growth engine is CAT360, our customs data analytics platform. CAT360 turns HMRC customs data into actionable intelligence, spotting overpaid duty, missed reclaims, declarant errors, and compliance gaps. We are a Multimodal 2025 Finalist for Customs Technology Partner of the Year and are aiming to grow recurring revenue from £270k to £850k over the next two years.
We are a small, ambitious team. There are no layers between you and the senior leadership of the business. The work you do here will visibly move the needle.

THE ROLE
This is a broad commercial role with customer success at its heart. You will be the primary point of contact for our CAT360 customer base, managing relationships from onboarding through to renewal. Around that, you will own HubSpot as our primary CRM, run our events programme, support targeted outbound research on named accounts, and keep the commercial pipeline clean and reliable.
We are looking for someone who can step in without heavy hand-holding. Experience and attitude matter more than years on a CV. Mid-career candidates with a strong track record and ambitious earlier-career candidates with genuine commercial instinct are both considered. Salary reflects experience and we expect to recruit toward the top of the band for the right candidate.
Working pattern: minimum two days per week in our Worcester office, remainder working from home.
