Patient Growth Manager
Location: Group Head Office, Apex House, Otley, Leeds, LS21 1HD
Full-Time 42 hours per week.
Salary: £35,500 - £36,500

We are a fast-growing dental group with practices in West & North Yorkshire. We are focused on delivering 5-star customer service and care. As we expand, we are looking for a Patient Growth Manager to lead, coach, and drive results across our patient growth function.
The Role
Based at our Group Head Office, Apex House in Otley, and reporting to the Head of Growth & Success, you will lead a team of Patient Growth Coordinators, ensuring they consistently meet targets through strong coaching, performance management, and hands-on leadership.
This is a highly operational, outcomes-focused role. You will be an active, working member of the team, not just managing performance, but personally involved in handling enquiries, driving conversions, and setting the standard for best practice.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead, manage, and develop a team of Patient Growth Coordinators
· Act as a hands-on contributor, actively managing patient enquiries and supporting conversion activity
· Drive performance against daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and targets
· Coach team members to improve conversion rates, follow-up, and patient engagement
· Ensure all leads and enquiries are followed up quickly and consistently
· Oversee and optimise the use of the CRM system to manage pipeline and activity
· Monitor individual and team performance, providing real-time feedback and accountability using telephony data supported by AI
· Identify performance gaps and take immediate action to improve results
· Work closely with the Head of Growth & Success to deliver measurable outcomes
· Maintain a strong focus on patient experience alongside performance
Working Hours
Full-time, 42 hours per week;
Monday: 8:00am – 7:00pm
Tuesday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm (with one half day per week)
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience leading and coaching a target-driven or sales/leads team
· Strong track record of delivering against KPIs and performance targets
· Comfortable being hands-on and leading from the front
· Experience using CRM systems and managing lead pipelines
· Highly results-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
· Experience improving team conversion and follow-up processes
· Confident communicator who can motivate, challenge, and develop others
· Organised, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Experience in healthcare, dental, aesthetics, or clinic-based services would be advantageous but not essential
