As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Responsibilities:
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours, including morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills:
- Food preparation: Ability to handle food safely, follow recipes, and ensure proper presentation.
