We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a nurturing environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting the development and well-being of children, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and engaged in their learning journey.
Duties
- Provide attentive and responsive care to children aged 0-5 years, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their independence and self-esteem.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning outcomes in line with early years frameworks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a stimulating nursery environment that reflects the interests of the children.
- Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play sessions, ensuring a smooth flow throughout the day.
- Support children in developing social skills through group activities and play.
Skills
- Strong background in childcare with experience working with young children in a nursery setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and organised approach in a busy environment.
- Leadership qualities to inspire and guide other staff members when necessary.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices to support children's learning effectively.
