We are an established, high-end private dental practice providing comprehensive general dentistry alongside specialised treatments.
We are seeking an exceptional, articulate, and ambitious individual to join our practice. Your primary focus will initially be managing our front-of-house and reception operations, serving as the primary ambassador for our clinic. As you master this role, there is genuine opportunity to expand your responsibilities into marketing, administration, and team support.
We welcome applications from experienced Senior Dental Receptionists looking for a new challenge, as well as ambitious Graduates (or candidates with equivalent capability) eager to build a high-level front-of-house career in private healthcare.
Initial Focus & Future Growth
· Front of House (Core Focus): Delivering an outstanding patient experience, managing front-desk operations, and clearly articulating our treatment options and prevention-focused philosophy.
· Administrative Operations (Progression): Over time, helping to streamline administrative workflows and support day-to-day practice efficiency.
· Marketing Involvement (Progression): Opportunities to contribute to digital and offline marketing initiatives to promote our specialist services.
· Service Standards (Progression): Helping to oversee front-of-house standards and support staff members in meeting customer service goals.
What We Are Looking For
· Strong front-of-house experience OR a degree-level qualification (or equivalent professional background) with a quick learning curve.
· Exceptional communication skills and poise when speaking with private clients.
· Strong IT literacy, organisation, and attention to detail.
· High ambition and a desire to grow within the practice.
· Flexibility to work required evening and weekend shifts.
What We Offer
· Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 per annum, benchmarked to starting capability and experience.
