About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Luton Van Driver to join our team based in Northampton.
The role involves nationwide collections and deliveries, multi-drop work, manual handling, and occasional pallet wrapping/packing. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out nationwide deliveries and collections.
- Complete multi-drop routes efficiently and professionally.
- Load, secure and unload goods safely.
- Wrap and pack pallets when required.
- Ensure all paperwork and delivery documentation is completed accurately.
- Represent the company professionally when dealing with customers.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Category B Driving Licence.
- Experience in multi-drop deliveries.
- Good knowledge of UK road networks.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
- Good spoken and written English.
- IT literate and comfortable using smartphones and job management systems.
- Ability to pass a 5-year employment history and background check, including a DBS check.
- Reliable, punctual and customer focused.

Preferred Experience
- Multi-drop delivery driving: 1 year+
- Luton van driving experience: 1 year+
