Fulfillment & Online Assistant - 6 month Temporary Casual
This is a 6 month casual contract - you will be notified of your shifts 24-48hrs in advance.
We're looking for a motivated and organised Fulfilment & Online Shop Assistant to join our team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers and retail partners receive their orders accurately and on time.
From picking and packing customer orders to preparing mixed packs for major retailers, you'll help deliver a great experience while maintaining the high standards Tiny Rebel is known for.
Pick, pack and dispatch online customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Build mixed packs and promotional products for retailers including Tesco, Morrisons, Sainsbury's and other stockists.
Ensure all orders are packed to a high standard and ready for courier collection.
Carry out stock checks and assist with stock rotation.
Maintain accurate inventory records and report stock discrepancies.
Receive deliveries and safely store incoming stock.
Keep the fulfilment areas clean, organised and safe.
Assist with seasonal demand, promotional campaigns and product launches.
Support the wider Operations team with general warehouse tasks when required.
Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
Help maintain high levels of productivity while ensuring quality is never compromised

Good attention to detail.
Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable with excellent time management.
Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet throughout the day.
Positive attitude and willingness to help the wider team.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
Previous warehouse, fulfilment or packing experience.
Forklift license (advantageous but not essential).
