What you'll be doing...
- Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service by welcoming customers and taking orders accurately
- Assist with food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, following food safety standards
- Keep the café, customer areas, and back-of-house clean, tidy, and well organised
- Help with general cleaning, stock replenishment, and the receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies
- Support colleagues with a variety of day-to-day operational tasks as required
- Operate equipment and basic machinery safely and in line with training
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent service, particularly during busy periods

What can you bring?
- Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or food service environment is preferred
- A friendly, positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Flexibility and willingness to support a variety of tasks across the café and site
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Knowledge of food safety and health and safety practices
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently when needed
