The Loddon Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing, Fundraising & Events Manager to help raise the profile of The Loddon School and Loddon Training, supporting our mission to transform the lives of children and young people with profound autism and complex learning disabilities.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate and ambitious team where no two days are the same. You will play a key role in developing compelling marketing campaigns, supporting fundraising initiatives and delivering events that inspire supporters, strengthen partnerships and showcase the exceptional work of The Loddon Foundation that changes children’s lives for the better.
About the Role
Working closely with the CEO and colleagues across the Foundation, you will:
- Deliver creative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, newsletters and printed publications.
- Support fundraising campaigns, donor communications and community engagement activities.
- Plan and deliver a range of fundraising, promotional and community events, including supporting the annual Loddon Training Conference.
- Help maintain our website, CRM and supporter database.
- Monitor campaign and event performance, providing insights to help maximise impact.
- Ensure consistent branding and high-quality communications across all channels.
About You
We are looking for someone who is creative, organised and enjoys building relationships. You will have experience in marketing, communications, fundraising or events and be confident managing multiple projects at once.
You will also have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating engaging content across digital platforms.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Experience coordinating successful events.
- Confidence using social media, Microsoft Office and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- A proactive, flexible approach with excellent attention to detail.
Experience within the charity or voluntary sector, knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, Donorfy or Raiser’s Edge, website content management experience, or experience of grant fundraising would be desirable, but not essential.
