Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative to join our team in GB. Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Ensure all cleaning activities comply with company policies on health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Support team members to achieve collective cleanliness goals.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating professionalism and teamwork.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good physical stamina and mobility.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Commitment to health and safety standards.
- Previous experience working in diverse environments is a plus.
