Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Team Leader, Garden Designer, and Horticulturist to lead our gardening and landscape projects with enthusiasm and expertise. In this role, you will oversee garden design, plant selection, and landscape maintenance while managing a team of gardeners and labourers. You need a creative vision with knowledge that will transform outdoor spaces into vibrant living spaces.

Duties
- Lead garden design projects from planning to completion, ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions
- Supervise and motivate a team of labourers and gardeners to deliver high-quality landscape maintenance
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements for outdoor spaces
- Utilize hand tools, power tools and gardening equipment to plant, prune, prepare soil, and perform other installation tasks
Qualifications
- Experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape design with a portfolio of completed projects
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools and other landscaping equipment
- Growing experience in plant selection, soil management, and pruning techniques
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance routines including mowing, edging, fertilizing, pest control, and seasonal planting
- Leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Relevant certifications or training in horticulture or landscape design are preferred but not required

Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
