Job Description:
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth within your assigned territory. You will be the face of our company, engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to present products/services and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales, outside sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within South Yorkshire.
