Overview
We are seeking a motivated, dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our nursery team in providing high-quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a nurturing learning environment for children aged 0-2 years.
The position is permanent starting ASAP.
Duties
- Provide high quality learning experiences in line with curriculum for excellence.
-Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, families and children.
-Build positive relationships with colleagues, families and children.
-Provide a safe and secure learning environment.
-Engage in daily outdoor learning.
-Uphold nursery standards throughout the day.
-Be reflective and open to continual progress and development as a practitioner.
Requirements
- Experience working with children aged 0-2 years old.
- Knowledge of Realising the Ambition.
- Relevant childcare qualification SVQ Level 3, HNC or equivalent.
- Updated PVG (completed by Gowanlea Nursery) & SSSC registration.
