Position: Painter and Decorator
Location: Wells, Somerset.
Rate: £22.00 - £23.00 ph.
Core Construction Personnel are looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator to start work on a refurbishment and restoration of a group of listed properties . Details include
· Preparation works.
· Painting Walls and Ceilings
· A lot of sash window refurb.
· Gloss work on window frames.
· Hanging wall paper (if able).
· Working closely with the site manager.
Requirements for role
· CSCS preferred.
· Full PPE Own vehicle and tools preferred.
· 2 x work references carrying out similar works.
· Able to have good time keeping and be punctual.
· Photo ID.
