We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade at this stunning boutique hotel and restaurant in Stadhampton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and creative chef to work within an award-winning team in a brand-new kitchen, delivering exceptional dishes using the very best seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. The successful Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen while helping maintain the highest standards across service.
The menus celebrate outstanding produce including sustainably sourced fish, rare-breed meats, and premium local ingredients, with covers of up to 30 guests daily.

The Person
The ideal Sous Chef will have the following:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef within a quality fresh food environment
- Proven ability to lead and support a kitchen brigade during service
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Passion for seasonal ingredients and high-quality produce
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to consistently deliver high standards under pressure
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Full right to work in the UK
