To strengthen our Engineering team, we are looking for a Facilities Manager.
Shift Pattern – Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
Salary £52,250 per year
These exciting tasks are awaiting you:
Management and operation of steam boilers including maintenance and repair of the factory steam distribution system.
Co-ordination of insurance inspections on facilities equipment including rectification of any reported defects.
Management and maintenance of compressed air equipment including the factory compressed air distribution system.
Management and maintenance of chilling and HVAC equipment.
Building and external area maintenance.
Your experience so far:
Qualified in an engineering discipline and experience of maintenance practices in an FMCG facility
IT literacy including Microsoft Office and Epicor.
Previous experience with maintenance of facilities equipment.
Experience of the regulatory requirements required for the role.
Strong communication skills
Experience of managing contractors.
