Are you a skilled technician with Level 4 High Voltage /EV qualifications with a passion for precision and automotive excellence? We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Technicians to join our expanding team in Avonmouth. About Us:
Acumen Automotive Logistics is one of the UK's largest and most respected automotive transportation and compound management businesses. Operating from strategically located sites including Avonmouth and Coventry, we move, store, process, and deliver vehicles for some of the world's most prestigious automotive brands.
Our Avonmouth site is central to our national operation — handling port-adjacent compound management, PDI, technical services, and finished vehicle logistics at scale.
Your role will include:
· Performing comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspections of new vehicles, ensuring all manufacturers' standards and safety protocols are met.
· Conduct high voltage system diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with industry best practices.
· Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional results in the PDI workshop environment.
· Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives and training within the workshop.
· Ensuring all quality control measures are met
· Completing relevant documentation and reports
What we are looking for:
· Relevant technical qualification (Level 4 High Voltage or EV)
· Proven experience working as a high voltage or EV vehicle technician at Level 4 or equivalent
· Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform complex repairs on electric vehicles
· Familiarity with schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools specific to high voltage systems
· Knowledge of safety procedures related to high voltage systems and electrical safety standards
· ·A strong work ethic and reliability
