Job Summary

Duties
- Develop detailed engineering designs and technical specifications aligned with project goals and client needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and optimal project outcomes
- Provide expert guidance on project solutions, including system integration and technical troubleshooting
- Prepare comprehensive presentations and reports to communicate project progress and technical insights effectively
- Support customer service efforts by addressing client inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring satisfaction
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create documentation, schedules, and analyses
- Leverage cloud-based platforms like AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Azure for data management, deployment, and collaboration tasks
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Conduct organizational planning to prioritize tasks, track project milestones, and ensure resource allocation efficiency
Skills
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Excellent customer service orientation with proactive problem-solving abilities
- Superior communication skills—both written and verbal—in English for effective collaboration across teams and clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure for deployment, storage, or infrastructure management
- Solid understanding of IT systems relevant to engineering design projects
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management capabilities
