As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic Digital Fulfilment Co-ordinator to be based at our Head Office in Plymouth.
About the Role:
Support the delivery of an efficient, effective and customer-focused digital fulfilment operation by coordinating order flow, supporting stock availability, improving fulfilment reporting and working with key stakeholders to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time while driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager in delivering an efficient, effective, and customer-focused digital fulfilment operation, ensuring operational goals and objectives are achieved.
- Manage the digital orderbook, monitor order flow, and coordinate order allocation across distribution centres to optimise stock availability and operational priorities.
- Monitor fulfilment capacity, identify current and future risks, and support operational planning to ensure efficient order processing.
- Plan, coordinate, supervise, and report on team activities to deliver operational priorities effectively.
- Produce and enhance reporting on fulfilment, deliveries, returns, and operational performance, using data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse returns, damages, cancellations, and other operational issues, recommending corrective actions to improve performance.
- Collaborate with Digital, Distribution Centres, Customer Services, Experience, Aftersales, and Planning teams to resolve fulfilment challenges and improve customer outcomes.
- Support customer communications relating to fulfilment, delivery updates, and cancellations.
- Contribute to digital improvement initiatives across fulfilment, tracking, returns, reporting, and the customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Person Specification:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience using order management systems, dashboards or fulfilment reporting tools.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication.
- Customer-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
