Arthur Spriggs Van , Truck and Bus are seeking to add a Parts Advisor to there small team in Tewkesbury.
Ideally with experience within the automotive industry and have great working attitude and prepared to learn and undertake regular training and guidance to become qualified.
As Parts Advisor you will need to be driven and willing to continually improve yourself , the department and the customer experience , be comfortable selling along with quality customer service skills.
Role of a Parts Advisor
Working on the Back Counter serving Technicians and on the front counter after training serving Members of the public and trade customers ( Trade and Retail) ,
Ordering, selling and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories across the brands we support
Carrying out Regular PI Counts
Dealing with a high volume of calls in the department.
Making upsells to customers
Skills and Qualifications of a Parts Advisor
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Front and back counter (Trade and Retail)
·Strong customer service skills
·Confident in sales
hours of work are on shift system after fully trained

0800-1700
1000-1900
You will also be expected to cover a Saturday morning 7am -1pm - 1 in 3 this will be paid at overtime rate x 1.5 .
