We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Club Supervisor Level 3 Childcare Professional to lead and oversee high-quality childcare services within our vibrant community. Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the childcare club, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children of various ages
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development
- Lead a team of childcare staff, providing guidance, support, and training to uphold high standards of care
- Monitor children's behavior, address conflicts constructively, and promote positive interactions among peers
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's progress, activities, and any concerns
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies
- Maintain detailed records of attendance, incident reports, and activity logs to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
Skills
- Level 3 Childcare qualification required
- Experience of managing people needed
- Proven experience in childcare roles such as teaching, nannying, or supervising young children
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team of childcare professionals
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a valuable asset for bilingual environments
- Ability to drive safely if required for transportation or activity outings
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and diverse needs of children and families
