Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the upmarket skincare, cosmetics, and fragrance departments of Clarins, Lancôme, Guerlain, Eliz Arden and others.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers enthusiastically and knowledgeably.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs and preferences.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales area that highlights our premium offerings.
- Support the medical and healthcare counter, providing advice and assistance where needed.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff on various tasks and operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Stay current with industry trends and partake in accredited courses for ongoing professional development.
- Receive comprehensive training, including responsibilities in the dispensary, to enhance your skill set.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven retail experience in upmarket skincare, cosmetics, and fragrance sectors.
- Strong attention to detail and a flexible mindset to adapt to the ever-changing pharmacy environment.
- Eagerness to learn and tackle all aspects of pharmacy operations.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English to create meaningful interactions with customers and colleagues.
