What we’re looking for
- Previous Supervisor level experience
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
- High standards of cleanliness and professionalism
- Team players who want to grow with us
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced setting such as hospitality or catering industry
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Barista experience or culinary experience is advantageous but not essential
Duties
- Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise and motivate bar staff, ensuring excellent team management and service delivery
- Prepare and serve beverages, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation
- Manage stock levels, order supplies, and maintain inventory control
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area in accordance with hygiene regulations
