Job Summary:
Inmaa Business Services UK Ltd. is looking for an organised and customer-focused Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team in London.
In this role, you will help coordinate day-to-day service delivery activities, monitor client requests, maintain accurate records, follow up on outstanding actions, and work with internal teams to support timely and consistent service delivery.
This opportunity is suitable for someone who enjoys coordinating people and tasks, communicating with clients, solving day-to-day service issues, and keeping operations organised. Experience in service delivery, customer service, business operations, administration, BPO, hospitality, or another service-focused environment is helpful, but applicants with relevant transferable skills are also encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate day-to-day service delivery activities and client requests
- Act as a point of contact for routine client and service enquiries
- Monitor service requests, tasks, deadlines, and outstanding actions
- Coordinate with internal teams to support timely service delivery
- Provide clients and colleagues with clear and professional service updates
- Track open requests and follow up on outstanding items
- Escalate service issues, delays, or risks to the appropriate team when necessary
- Maintain accurate client, service, and operational records
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating service activities
- Support the preparation of service reports and operational updates
- Help monitor service levels, response times, and delivery expectations
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on agreed actions when required
- Identify recurring service issues and communicate them to the appropriate team
- Support improvements to service delivery processes and workflows
- Maintain professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Follow established company procedures and data-handling requirements
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Customer-focused and comfortable communicating with different people
- Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and common office applications
- Able to organise tasks and manage multiple priorities
- Good attention to detail
- Professional and solution-focused approach
- Comfortable coordinating with clients, colleagues, and different teams
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and service procedures
- Service delivery, customer service, administration, operations, BPO, hospitality, or similar experience is an advantage

Pay: £3,000.00-£3,500.00 per month
