We are seeking reliable and motivated cleaning staff to join our team in Evesham and Pershore. All positions are paid fortnightly and are ideal for those looking to develop their skills within the cleaning industry. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their premises are hygienic and presentable.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated premises, including offices, commercial spaces, and residential properties.
- utilise appropriate cleaning equipment and products to achieve high standards of hygiene.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to meet specific cleaning requirements.
- Assist with additional tasks such as waste disposal and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Ensure punctuality and reliability in completing scheduled cleaning appointments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or related roles is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between locations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as required.

We have positions available in the evenings outskirts of Evesham Monday to Friday for 515pm for 1.5hrs to 2hrs a night. Morning cleaning on Vale Park minimum of twice a week for 2.5hrs per shift on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
