Rhythmic Care is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to lead and manage our growing team of care professionals. About the Role:
As the Care Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, quality assurance, and continued development of our domiciliary care service. You will ensure compliance with CQC regulations, maintain high standards of care delivery, and lead the team in providing safe, effective, and person-centred care to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Hold legal responsibility as the CQC Registered Manager
· Oversee daily operations of the service, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance
· Lead, supervise, and support a team of coordinators, field care supervisors, and care workers
· Promote and maintain high standards of care in line with Rhythmic Care’s values and CQC regulations
· Manage staff rotas, recruitment, appraisals, and training
· Liaise effectively with service users, families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities
· Monitor care plans, audits, risk assessments, and incidents
· Drive continuous improvement and service development
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a domiciliary care setting
· NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
· In-depth knowledge of CQC requirements and best practices in domiciliary care
· Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
· A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
· Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment
· A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
