Patient Experience, Revenue & Growth Specialist – Aesthetics Clinic
Radiant Medical Aesthetics · Sussex · Full Time · £28,000–£33,000 + Performance Bonus (OTE £38,000+)
Overview
This is not a receptionist role.
We are looking for commercially minded individuals who enjoy building relationships, creating opportunities and helping businesses grow. Whilst patient experience and front of house responsibilities form part of the role, the primary purpose of this position is to contribute to the continued growth, occupancy and commercial success of the clinic.
Radiant Medical Aesthetics is one of Sussex's fastest-growing aesthetic practices. We are relocating to a larger, purpose-built premises in August 2026, with five treatment rooms, extended clinical hours and a brand-new community events platform that we are building from the ground up.
We are looking for someone who can help drive revenue growth across the business, maximise opportunities from our existing client base, support practitioner occupancy, strengthen patient engagement, contribute to social media activity and help build the Radiant brand within the local community.
If you have experience in hospitality, membership sales, events, customer engagement, clinic operations, business growth or community development, we would love to hear from you.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting four important areas of the business:
Patient Experience
Delivering an exceptional patient journey from first enquiry through to long-term retention, ensuring every patient feels welcomed, supported and valued.
Revenue Growth
Identifying opportunities to increase treatment bookings, maximise diary utilisation, reduce cancellations and generate revenue from both existing and prospective patients.
Practitioner & Room Occupancy
Supporting the recruitment, onboarding and retention of practitioners whilst helping maximise room utilisation across the clinic.
Brand & Community Growth
Supporting social media activity, community engagement initiatives and events that strengthen awareness of the Radiant brand and create new opportunities for growth.
Important
In the early months you will cover front of house alongside your wider responsibilities. This provides a thorough understanding of how the clinic operates, allows you to build strong relationships with patients and practitioners, and ensures you are closely connected to the opportunities that drive growth across the business.
What You Will Own
Patient enquiry management, follow-up and conversion
Delivering an exceptional patient experience across every stage of the patient journey
Appointment diary fill rate, cancellation management and new slot campaigns to existing clients
Identifying opportunities to increase patient retention, referrals and treatment uptake
Supporting treatment consultations through effective communication and relationship building
Supporting room rental growth, practitioner onboarding and occupancy management
Developing relationships with resident and visiting practitioners
Supporting practitioner membership tiers and progression through appropriate commitment levels
Supporting and creating social media content that showcases treatments, practitioners, events, patient journeys and clinic life
Helping grow online engagement and converting social media audiences into enquiries and bookings
Supporting the planning, promotion and delivery of community health and wellbeing events
Working closely with the Clinical Director to identify new opportunities for growth and revenue generation
Weekly reporting on enquiries, conversion rates, diary utilisation, room occupancy and growth initiatives
Where This Role Can Go
This is a growth role first and foremost. We are looking for people who want to make a measurable commercial impact and be rewarded for it.
As Radiant expands into its new premises, there will be opportunities to take greater ownership of revenue-generating activities, practitioner relationships, patient engagement initiatives, community development projects, brand growth and marketing activities.
The successful candidate will initially develop a broad understanding of patient experience, revenue generation, room occupancy, practitioner partnerships, community engagement and brand development. Over time, there will be opportunities to develop greater responsibility in the areas where you demonstrate the strongest results and greatest interest, whilst remaining closely connected to the patient journey and commercial success of the clinic.
For the right person, this role has the potential to grow into a senior position within the business, helping shape future services, new revenue opportunities and the continued expansion of the Radiant brand.
We are not looking for someone to fill a seat. We are looking for someone who wants to build something, take ownership of results and grow alongside a business with ambitious plans for the future.
