Responsibilities
- Assist the Shop Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets.
- Support the training and development of the shop team, fostering a culture of high performance and great customer satisfaction.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services, ensuring the team is well-informed.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.
you will need
- Proven experience in a cafe or bakery shop environment, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate others towards achieving common goals.

- Willingness to learn some basic food preparation.
