John German are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team in Lichfield.
The role is full time, working Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturdays with time off in lieu.
The candidate must have the drive, determination and motivation to exceed office targets and contribute to team success.
We're looking for an individual with the following qualities:
Minimum two years proven experience in estate industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
