Following an exciting company rebrand and continued business growth, we're looking for an organised, proactive and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to become a key member of our commercial team.
This isn't a traditional administration role.
It's an opportunity to become the person who keeps our sales activity, customer enquiries, tender submissions and commercial administration running efficiently.

What you'll be doing
- Managing the company enquiries inbox and ensuring customer enquiries are dealt with promptly.
- Coordinating quotations and supporting sales opportunities from enquiry through to award.
- Maintaining and developing our sales pipeline and opportunity tracker.
- Working closely with our external marketing and telesales partner to coordinate appointments, campaigns and follow-up activity.
- Coordinating public and private sector tender submissions, ensuring deadlines are achieved and submissions are presented to a high standard.
- Maintaining our library of bid responses, case studies and supporting documents.
- Supporting customer pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) and supplier registrations.
- Coordinating company accreditations including NICEIC, ISO Management Systems, SafeContractor and Constructionline.
- Assisting with customer questionnaires, compliance documentation and supplier portals.
- Producing reports and commercial information for the management team.
- Providing general commercial and administrative support across the business.
You'll work closely with senior management and become an important part of how L123 wins and retains business.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
You'll probably have experience in one or more of the following:
- Sales Coordination and/or Bid Coordination
- Sales Support / Commercial Administration
- Tender Administration
You don't need experience in every area—we're far more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
You'll be someone who:
- Loves organising and coordinating multiple tasks.
- Has proven outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Enjoys working to deadlines.
- Can prioritise work without constant supervision.
- Is confident dealing with customers and colleagues.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Learns new systems quickly.
- Takes ownership and enjoys making processes run smoothly.
