- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, including food prep stations and display cases.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order preparation and delivery times for prompt service.
Skills
- Experience in a restaurant or food service environment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Strong serving skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices.
