Day Service Support Worker – Bromsgrove
Full Time (35 Hours Per Week) Part-Time Permanent Position (25 Hours Per Week)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals with activities designed to build confidence, develop skills, and encourage independence, such as cooking, arts and crafts, gardening, and technology use.
- Assisting with personal care needs in our fully adapted settings, including personal care suites.
- Supporting clients with transport to and from the Day Services, which may involve early starts from 7.00am.
- Helping clients engage in inclusive, community-based activities, such as disability sports, music and drama clubs, and wellbeing classes.
- Promoting a safe, fun, and empowering environment for all clients.
Who We Are Looking For

- A caring and compassionate individual who is eager to support others in achieving their goals.
- Experience working in a similar role is an advantage but not essential – we provide comprehensive training.
- Driving skills are an advantage, as the role may involve supporting transport for our clients.
- Flexibility to start early (from 7.00am) as required for transport assistance.
