Duties
- Collect and clean used glasses promptly to maintain a tidy bar environment
- Restock glassware, beverages, and bar supplies efficiently to ensure smooth service
- Support servers by delivering drinks and assisting with table service during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces and organizing storage spaces
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs
- Follow all safety and hygiene standards to uphold health regulations and ensure guest safety
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or food service environments preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with team members and guests
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting glasses or supplies
- Knowledge of beverage service, including barista or serving experience, is advantageous
- Enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to supporting team operations
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
