Full-Time permanent Production Operatives required to join our expanding team within a busy powder-coating plant.
Candidates must be reliable and willing to work a dayshift and backshift rotational pattern in a factory environment. Candidates will be given on the job training and the opportunity to further develop and progress a career with Highland.

There are remuneration benefits associated with the role if certain performance and time served targets are achieved.
Training will be provided for cranes and counterbalance fork trucks. On job training will involve a buddy system.

Overtime is at premium rates.
Paid weekly.
Dayshift start time of 05:00am with a shift finish time of 13:00pm (Mon - Fri)
Backshift start time of 12:50pm with a shift finish time of 20:50pm (Mon - Thurs), 10:00am-18:00pm (Fri).
