This role focuses on local projects delivering financial inclusion support like debt and benefits. You will give line management and ensure ensuring teams are delivering funding and quality targets. You will work closely with the funders and manage stakeholder relationships. There will be the opportunity to develop those relationships and support with bid writing as well as over see social policy work and support wider teams through your leadership skills.
Advisors work from different locations including outreaches, so you will get the chance to travel and see some of the amazing areas across West Sussex from the coast to rural, Towns and Villages too. Working in local charities can be busy, no one day is the same as the next. However it is very rewarding and can make a big impact as well as being an excellent opportunity to build on your leadership and management skills
