What you’ll be doing
No two days are the same, but you’ll spend your time:
· Advising managers on employee relations, performance and people matters.
· Building trusted relationships with founders, CEOs and leadership teams.
· Supporting our clients across the full employee lifecycle.
· Drafting contracts, policies, letters and HR documentation.
· Helping clients build brilliant cultures, teams and ways of working.
· Leading projects that improve the employee experience.
· Keeping clients compliant while finding practical commercial solutions.
· Working closely with the People Flow team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

· Is equally comfortable talking to founders as they are supporting employees.

What you’ll need to have
2-5 years HR experience in a fast-paced retail, hospitality or luxury environment
Truly value inclusive workplace environments
A passionate, driven, sunshine personality
Ideally CIPD qualified but not essential if experience is relevant
High levels of discretion, professionalism and integrity.
A genuine team player who enjoys collaborating and celebrating our success.
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
