Leasing Consultant – Vans and Commercial
Full-time | Bridgend, Wales | Monday - Friday | 9am - 6pm | Hybrid working | 1 in 7 Saturdays
We are looking for a driven, confident and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our Vans & Commercial Sales Team at Select Car Leasing.
This is a fast-paced sales role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers looking to lease a van or commercial vehicle.
You’ll manage enquiries from initial contact through to the next stage of their leasing journey, building strong relationships and helping customers find the right solution for their needs.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responding quickly and professionally to new customer enquiries and sales leads
- Managing customers throughout their leasing journey and delivering a brilliant customer experience
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending appropriate leasing solutions
- Following up leads and maximising sales opportunities
- Keeping CRM systems and customer information accurate and up to date
- Working towards individual and team sales targets and performance measures
- Building positive relationships with customers, colleagues and key partners
- Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider team to achieve results
- Supporting with customer complaints and resolving issues effectively
- Following FCA, compliance and company processes at all times
What we’re looking for
You’ll be sales-driven, proactive and confident, with excellent communication skills and a genuine ability to build rapport with customers.
You’ll be comfortable working in a busy, target-driven environment, managing multiple enquiries and taking ownership of your customers from first contact onwards.
Previous experience in vehicle leasing or the motor industry is desirable, but we’re equally interested in people with strong sales experience, the right attitude and a real drive to succeed.

- Leasing : 2 years (preferred)
- Automotive Sales: 2 years (preferred)
