Our Team of Expert Advisors are looking for a responsible, diligent and proactive Legal Executive to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality legal services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing and progressing allocated legal matters, including private client and immigration cases.
- Preparing, drafting, and submitting legal documents, applications, and correspondence.
- Undertaking file-opening procedures, including client onboarding, compliance checks, Outbridge acknowledgements, AOS, and Notices of Acting.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files in accordance with regulatory and firm requirements.
- Liaising with clients, courts, tribunals, and third parties, providing clear and timely communication.
- Arranging and attending client meetings and conferences.
- Monitoring deadlines and procedural time limits to ensure matters are progressed efficiently.
- Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection and professional standards.

- IT literate, with confidence using MS Office and legal case management systems.
We are looking for candidates with an interest in private client work and in providing excellent service to our varied client base.
Previous relevant experience would be an advantage, particularly in managing immigration caseloads. Candidates with a IAA Level 1 Registration is preferred.

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
