Category Manager (Maternity Cover)

As our Category Manager, you'll turn market and shopper data into actionable insights, helping shape category strategies, identify growth opportunities and influence customer decision making.
What you'll be doing:
- Analysing market, shopper and category performance
- Delivering actionable insights and recommendations to customers and internal teams
- Supporting range reviews, category projects and NPD opportunities
- Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to drive sustainable growth
- Building strong relationships with major retailers and commercial teams
- Presenting category performance and recommendations with confidence
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years' Category Management experience
- Experience within own label/private label categories preferred
- Strong Circana and Kantar knowledge would be preferred
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Commercial curiosity and the ability to translate data into clear actions
- Experience working with major retailers is highly desirable
