About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Sales Executive Consultant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the overall growth and sales performance of the business.
The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable products and solutions. The successful candidate will manage the sales process from initial customer contact through to closing the sale and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing customers through face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, email, and other digital communication channels.
- Identify and understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert prospective leads into long-term customers.
- Manage the complete sales process from initial contact through to negotiation and closing.
- Negotiate confidently and effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, professional, and long-term relationships with customers and business clients.
- Manage and follow up on sales leads while maintaining an organised sales pipeline.
- Work towards and achieve individual and company sales targets.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure orders, products, and services are delivered efficiently.
- Use CRM systems and other IT tools to record sales activities, maintain accurate customer information, and monitor sales performance.
- Organise customer appointments and manage workloads and priorities effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Monitor relevant market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide reports on sales activity and performance when required.

Experience
- Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, retail sales, account management, or a customer-facing sales role is preferred.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Experience generating leads and developing new business opportunities.
- Experience managing multiple customers, sales leads, and opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience negotiating with customers and closing sales.
- A proven track record of working towards and achieving sales targets.
- Experience using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant business tools.
- Experience handling customer enquiries and resolving customer service issues professionally.
- Experience working both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree obtained in the UK in Business, Management, Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
