Our facilities are a key part of that experience, and we are looking for a practical, reliable, and proactive Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor to help ensure our clinic remains safe, professional, and maintained to the highest standards.
The Role
We are seeking a hands-on individual who takes pride in their work and notices the small details that make a big difference. This role is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the clinic, ensuring all areas remain clean, functional, presentable, and operating efficiently.
The successful candidate will work independently, conducting regular inspections, carrying out minor repairs, coordinating maintenance when required, and helping ensure the clinic environment reflects the premium standards of the Jorja Revive brand.
Key Responsibilities
General Maintenance & Repairs
- Conduct regular inspections throughout the clinic to identify maintenance requirements.
- Carry out minor repairs and remedial works.
- Repair fixtures, fittings, doors, handles, locks, shelving, furniture, and equipment where appropriate.
- Touch up paintwork and redecorate areas that have become worn, damaged, or tired-looking.
- Ensure walls, treatment rooms, reception areas, and communal spaces remain presentable and professional.
- Assemble, move, or install furniture and equipment as required.
Facilities Management
- Ensure all clinic facilities are operating safely and efficiently.
- Monitor lighting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, and general building functionality.
- Report and coordinate larger maintenance issues with approved contractors.
- Assist with routine health and safety checks.
- Maintain storage areas, plant rooms, and maintenance records.
Spa & Wellness Equipment Maintenance
- Change water in cold plunge facilities monthly or as required.
- Replace filters and undertake routine maintenance checks on cold plunge systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any faults promptly.
- Ensure wellness equipment remains clean, safe, and fully operational.
Clinic Standards & Presentation
- Maintain the overall appearance of the clinic to a high standard.
- Ensure patient-facing areas remain welcoming, professional, and reflective of the Jorja Revive brand.
- Proactively identify improvements that enhance the clinic environment.
- Support the management team in maintaining a premium patient experience.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely and responsibly.
- Identify and report potential hazards or risks.
- Support compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Maintain records of completed maintenance activities where required.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience in maintenance, facilities management, property maintenance, or a similar role.
- Strong practical skills and ability to carry out minor repairs independently.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, decorating, and general building maintenance.
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Experience within healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or premium customer-facing environments.
- Knowledge of pool, spa, or cold plunge maintenance.
- Health and Safety qualifications or awareness.
- Trade qualifications in a relevant field.
