Currently looking for Class 1 HGV driver to drive our Transporter Enginnering Odyssey for immediate start. Experience essential.
Job involves collecting and delivering to and from garages, auctions and storage facilities throughout the uk.
Must be prepared to do up to 4 nights out per week.
Salary paid weekly
Company Pension.
Paid annual leave.
Based in our Dunfermline yard working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate vehicles for the transportation of goods to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with staff and clients.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with vehicles as needed.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise delivery routes and schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driving licence (CDL) is Essential
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transport role.
- Familiarity with car transporter is essential.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
