Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and cocktail bar.
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and bar staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations.
- Support the development of cocktail menus, promotions, and special events.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager, or Hospitality Manager..
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
