White Stone Medi Spa is a new luxury beauty, skin, aesthetics and wellness destination opening in Welling, Kent.
We are looking for an experienced and highly professional Aesthetic Medical Practitioner to join our team and lead the delivery of injectable and medical aesthetic treatments within the clinic.
This is an opportunity to join White Stone from the beginning and become an integral part of our aesthetics offering as the business grows.
The Role
You will be responsible for providing safe, ethical and results-led aesthetic treatments while delivering an exceptional standard of consultation, treatment and aftercare.
Treatments may include:
- Anti-wrinkle treatments
- Dermal fillers
- Lip enhancement
- Facial contouring and profile balancing
- Skin boosters
- Polynucleotides
- Injectable skin rejuvenation
- Medical aesthetic consultations
- Bespoke treatment planning
- Review and follow-up appointments
- Management of treatment complications where required
Experience in additional advanced aesthetic or regenerative treatments would be highly beneficial.
About You
We are looking for a practitioner who is:
- A suitably qualified healthcare professional
- Professionally registered with the relevant UK regulatory body where applicable
- Appropriately trained and insured to perform the treatments offered
- Experienced in delivering injectable aesthetic treatments
- Confident conducting thorough consultations and creating appropriate treatment plans
- Knowledgeable in facial anatomy and complication management
- Committed to natural, considered and high-quality results
- Professional, approachable and confident with clients
- Meticulous with clinical documentation, consent and treatment records
- Committed to maintaining excellent infection prevention, hygiene and clinical standards
- Up to date with relevant training, CPD and industry developments
Independent prescribing qualifications would be highly advantageous.

White Stone is being developed as a complete medi-spa rather than a traditional aesthetics clinic.
We are particularly interested in finding a practitioner who wants to become part of the wider White Stone brand and contribute to developing our aesthetics department.
Depending on your experience and working arrangement, this could include:
- Developing treatment protocols and packages
- Client consultations and treatment planning
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Client reviews and follow-ups
- Supporting treatment launches
- Contributing to educational and social media content
- Attending selected events and launch days
- Working collaboratively with our skin and beauty therapists
- Recommending appropriate combined skin and aesthetic treatment plans
