The Governing Body of Lliswerry Primary School is seeking an inspirational, forward-thinking and collaborative Headteacher to lead our welcoming and ambitious school.

As Headteacher you will be leading a dedicated, hardworking and passionate team, providing professional leadership to ensure the school continues its improvement journey to deliver high-quality education for all pupils.
Lliswerry Primary School is an English-medium, community-maintained school serving approximately 650 pupils aged 3 to 11. The school is part of the Lliswerry High School cluster of primary schools serving the Lliswerry ward.

Proposed dates for in person interviews are 23rd and 24th September 2026
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to visit the school on the afternoon of Thursday 17th September.
